Since the center’s founding, the Board of Governors and administration have worked diligently towards improving child welfare to become the best Special Needs center in the region. The establishment’s highly qualified team provides each student with tailored, multimodal education and rehabilitation. **The Bus Monitoring System** DCSN saw an opportunity to use technological advancement by implementing a monitoring system in the bus fleet. Behavioural surveillance would reassure DCSN, parents, and guardians about children’s safety. The DCSN recognized the importance of a system that would assess and prevent potentially dangerous bus trips. The monitoring system provided an extra layer of protection by recording any transit incidents, allowing DCSN staff to respond quickly if needed.   **The Impact on Education & Wellbeing** The enhanced safety measures brought about by the introduction of the bus monitoring system have had a positive effect on student well-being within the center itself. The bus surveillance system helped in – /Having greater control over transportation has allowed these students more flexibility around schooling hours while providing them with much-needed protection during travel times /Real-time monitoring and quick post-event investigations /Ensuring Safety and Trust /Emergency Response /Driver Behavior Monitoring   > “The Safety and well-being of students have always been a top priority at the center. MVP Tech approached us to install CCTV cameras for the buses for the better safety of the students. Team MVP Tech installed the cameras, provided training, and maintained the system.“ Dr. Mahshid Salehi, Director, Dubai Center for Special Needs DCSN continues to strive towards excellence in everything they do, proving once again why they are one of the best Special Needs centers in the region today!   At MVP Tech, we genuinely believe in laying the foundation for future generations, which is why our team strived to deliver the best-in-class surveillance and video-supported security system for DCSN. CommsCope partnered with this initiative by supplying the required devices for the fleet-wide surveillance system.  To explore how this new technology is revolutionizing the way DCSN operates, read the case study.
